Leopoldo vanta oltre 20 anni d'esperienza nel Middle Market M&A e in Private Equity. In precedenza, Leopoldo è stato Principal e Head of TMT Europe nell'ufficio di Madrid di HIG Capital, dove per sette anni si è occupato di investimenti focalizzati su strategie growth, LBO e distressed nella penisola iberica. Dal 2004 al 2012, è stato Partner presso Gala Capital Partners, una primaria società spagnola attiva nel mid-market del Private Equity, ed è stato inoltre Amministratore Delegato del Núcleo de Comunicaciones y Control, S.L. per due anni. Prima ancora, Leopoldo ha lavorato come Advisor per piccole e medie aziende europee su transazioni di Corporate Finance e M&A presso Credit Suisse a Zurigo. Leopoldo è CFA Charterholer ed ha ottenuto il B.A. in Economia all'Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Parla fluentemente francese e inglese.

Stefano, with DeA since 2008, is Managing Director of the Private Equity division.

‍

From 2002 to 2007 he held various roles in L.E.K. Consulting, a leading English firm specialized in business strategy consulting and supporting private equity funds, in the offices of Milan and London. In 2001, Stefano graduated with honors in Economics and Business Legislation at the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan and studied at the University of Melbourne in Australia. Stefano is fluent in English and French.

Giuliano, with DeA since September 2020, is Managing Director of the Private Equity division.

‍

Giuliano has about 20 years of experience in Principal Investing and M&A. Before joining DeA Capital, Giuliano was Managing Partner of VAM Investments Group, an independent Private Equity platform where in 5 years he carried out several successful transactions. Giuliano began his career in international Investment Banking in leading financial institutions (Banque Indosuez, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, JP Morgan) working on M&A transactions with private equity funds and large companies and then moving to Principal Investing in renewable infrastructure as a Partner of Absolute Energy-Deutsche Bank. Graduated with honors in Civil Engineering, he attended advanced courses in finance (Insead). Giuliano is fluent in English.

Marco is Managing Director of the Private Equity division. Marco has more than 15 years of experience in Private Equity.

Previously, Marco was a Partner in Aksia Group, one of the main Private Equity players in Italy, where since 2010 he has been involved in various transactions. Among other experiences, Marco worked for Paladin Capital Partners (Holding of Investments) and in BS Private Equity, where as Investment Manager he was mainly responsible for the management of companies active in electronics, telecommunications and chemicals. Graduated with honors in Economics of Intermediaries and Financial Markets from Bocconi University in Milan. Marco is fluent in English.

Pierluigi Rossi, is Managing Director of the IDeA Agro fund. Pierluigi is also Head of the Investors Associates IV fund and of IDeA Opportunity Fund I.

Filiberto is Investment Director of the Sustainable Development Fund.

Before joining DeA Capital Alternative Funds, he worked in DeA Capital's principal investor for 10 years, following deals in different sectors and geographies, including Healthcare, GDO, Real Estate Asset Management and Real Estate Services. During his experience at DeA Capital, he has also been involved in the promotion of two SPACs. Filiberto began his career in 2007 in Deloitte's corporate finance, followed by a brief experience in a small financial market operator. In 2007, Filiberto graduated in Administration, Finance and Control from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan and has been a CFA charterholder since 2011.

Filiberto is fluent in English.

José is Investment Director of the Private Equity division in the Madrid office.

José was Principal at H.I.G. Capital, the leading US mid-market PE fund, at the Madrid office, where he spent 12 years dealing with LBO and investments for growth in the Spanish mid-market. He also found and executed transactions for other company funds, such as the EYSA transaction for the Infrastructure Fund. He previously worked at Gala Capital, a Spanish PE firm, and began his professional career in the London office of BNP Paribas. José holds a degree in business administration from the Universidad Pontifica de Comillas. Jose is fluent in English.

Giacomo is Investment Director of the Private Equity division. From 2014 to 2019, Giacomo was first Analyst and then Investment Manager at Wise Equity. From 2013 to 2014, he was Associate Consultant at Bain & Company in Milan.

In 2013, Giacomo obtained a master's degree with honors in Business Administration and Management at the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan. As part of an international exchange program, he attended San Diego State University.

Giacomo is fluent in English and Spanish.

Andrea is Investment Director of the Sustainable Development Fund.

‍

From 2016 to 2020 Andrea was first Associate then Investment Manager at VAM Investments and from 2014 to 2016 he held various roles in the financial management of Banco BPM. From 2010 to 2013 Andrea was an analyst in the M&A division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London. He previously took part in the Barclays Wealth Graduate Programme.

Andrea graduated with honors in Business Administration from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan in 2008 and in 2009 he completed the Master of Science with Distinction at the Cass Business School in London. Andrea is fluent in English.

Dario is Investment Manager in the Sustainable Development fund.

He previously worked as an internship in the Citi Corporate Banking team and in Translink Corporate Finance as an intern M&A. Dario graduated in Economics and Finance from the University of Bologna and an M.Sc. in Finance from the EADA Business School in Barcelona. Dario is fluent in English and Spanish.

Fabio is Investment Manager of the Private Equity division. From 2019 to 2023 he was Senior Associate in the Private Equity team of Azimut Libera Impresa SGR (Azimut Group) in Milan.

From 2015 to 2019, he held various roles in EY's Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) division with a focus on Due Diligence and M&A in the Milan and Madrid offices.

In 2014, he was an Analyst on the Deloitte review team.

In 2015, Fabio obtained a master's degree in Administration, Corporate Finance and Control from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan and studied at the University of Queensland in Australia. Fabio is fluent in English.

Riccardo is Investment Manager of the Private Equity division.

‍

From 2019 to 2021, Riccardo was first Analyst and then Senior Analyst at PM&Partners.

From 2022 to 2023, he was Associate of Holding Carisma in Milan where he supervised the Food division (investment management and post-acquisition integration).

Riccardo obtained a three-year degree in Economics from the University of Padua and a specialization in Finance from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan.

Riccardo is fluent in English.

Lorenzo is a Senior Associate in the Private Equity division.

Previously, Lorenzo did an internship at UniCredit Group in New York in the Corporate & Investment Banking division. In 2020, Lorenzo obtained a master's degree in Management with a major in Finance at IE Business School in Madrid. Lorenzo is fluent in English and French.

Jaime is an Associate in the Private Equity division.

He previously launched a boutique gym in Madrid from scratch, following the development of the project until the first months of operation after opening. Previously, he worked as Investment Banking Analyst at the Madrid offices of DC Advisory. Jaime obtained a double degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas — ICAI and at the Ecole Centrale de Lyon, and he also obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas — ICAI. Jaime is fluent in English and French.

Riccardo is an Associate in the Private Equity division.

Riccardo obtained a three-year degree in Banking, Stock Exchange and Insurance and a specialized degree with honors in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets at the University of Turin.

Samuele is an Associate in the Sustainable Development Fund.

Before joining DeA Capital Alternative Funds, he worked for about 3 years at AUCTUS Capital Partners AG, following various sectors and operations. Previously, he collaborated with the Private Equity Lab at SDA Bocconi and with a leading Italian portal for research and studies on financial markets. Graduated in Management from Bocconi in 2023 and in Economics and Finance from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in 2021. Samuele is fluent in English and Spanish.

Fabrizio is an Analyst in the IDeA Agro fund.

Previously, Fabrizio had internship experience in the Investment team of Nextalia SGR S.p.A. and in Investment Banking at Equita SIM S.p.A. as an internal M&A.

Fabrizio graduated in Business Administration from Federico II University of Naples and an MSC in Corporate Finance from LUISS Guido Carli University.

Chiara is an Analyst in the IDeA Agro fund.

Previously, Chiara did an internship in DeA's Sustainable Development fund as an Investment Intern and worked as an intern in the Private Equity team of Three Hills Capital Partners in London. Chiara obtained a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bologna and a Master in Finance from the Hult International Business School.

Chiara is fluent in English.

Leonardo is an Analyst in the Private Equity division.

Previously, Leonardo worked in the investment team of FSI Sgr in Milan as a Private Equity Intern. Previously, he did an internship at Goldman Sachs in London in Equity Research (Media & Internet coverage). In April 2022, Leonardo graduated from Bocconi University with an MSc in Accounting, Financial Management and Control. In July 2019, he obtained a three-year degree in Economics and Business from LUISS University, spending his second year at the University of Utrecht, in the Netherlands. Leonardo is fluent in English and French.

Pietro is an Analyst in the Private Equity division.

He previously worked at PwC in Milan in the Transaction Services team and, before that, as an internal FP&A at Liebherr in Zurich. He obtained a three-year degree in Finance from Bocconi University and a double degree master's degree, awarded with honors, between Bocconi and the Copenhagen Business School. Pietro speaks fluent English and knows Spanish.

Gino is Senior Advisor in the direct investment programs division. Gino was President and Chief Executive Officer of Bruni Glass SpA. He has more than 30 years of experience at the helm of Bruni Glass, through a path of significant growth both organic and through acquisitions.

3 successful LBOs with Private Equity funds on Bruni Glass between 2010 and 2016 and numerous investments in SMEs (Private Equity/Club Deal) with positions on numerous Boards of both industrial and service companies. Gino has a degree in Law and in Economics and Business.

Roberto is Senior Advisor in the Private Equity division. Roberto was Sales Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Bruni Glass Group. He has more than 30 years of experience at the helm of Bruni Glass SpA, through a path of significant growth both organic and through acquisitions.

Pierluca is Managing Director of the Private Equity division.

From 1999 to 2011 he was Investment Director of Medinvest International, from 1991 to 1999 he was Head of Corporate Development at Cirio, from 1985 to 1991 Head of Syndicated Credit Operations, Financial Reporting and Financial and Currency Risk Management at Enimont and Head of Financial Coordination at Montedison.

Pierluca graduated with honors in Political Economy from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan in 1985. Pierluca is fluent in English.

Tommaso Molinaro vanta oltre 15 anni di esperienza nel private equity maturata in primari gruppi italiani e internazionali attivi nel mid-market con seniority sempre più rilevanti gestendo direttamente tutte le fasi del ciclo di investimento, di gestione del portafoglio e disinvestimento.

Prima di entrare in Green Arrow Capital, Tommaso è stato Junior Partner di Armònia e Investment Director di Alto Partners, due fondi di private equity indipendenti dedicati al mid-market italiano dove ha contribuito attivamente all’origination, alla strutturazione, all’implementazione e al monitoraggio di operazioni di investimento con responsabilità di varie società in portafoglio ricoprendo anche il ruolo di membro del consiglio di amministrazione. In precedenza, è stato Principal presso la sede milanese di Ergon Capital Partners, un fondo di private equity paneuropeo di mid-market, dove ha partecipato a molteplici transazioni in diversi settori in Europa e in Italia. Laureato all’Università Bocconi, ha iniziato la sua carriera nell’investment banking prima in Lazard (Londra/Milano) e successivamente in Deutsche Bank.

Alessandro ha maturato oltre 7 anni di esperienza nel Private Equity e nell’Investment Banking. Ha lavorato all’interno di primarie realtà di investimento focalizzate sul segmento mid-market italiano, ricoprendo ruoli di crescente responsabilità lungo tutte le fasi del processo di investimento.

Prima di entrare in Green Arrow Capital, ha svolto ruoli operativi in Hyle Capital Partners SGR, WRM Group, Banca Profilo e Ethica Group. Alessandro è laureato con lode in Management & Corporate Finance presso l’Università Bocconi, dove ha conseguito anche la laurea triennale in Economia Aziendale e Management. Ha inoltre partecipato a programmi di studio internazionali presso la New York University (NYU) e la University of Technology di Sydney.

Prior to joining Green Arrow Capital, Lucaworked at BizPlace as a Junior Financial Analyst, supporting startups and SMEs in capital raising and public funding activities. Luca earned a Specialized Master in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma. Alongside his academic and professional career, he competed as a professional fencer for the Italian Fencing Federation. Luca is fluent in both Italian and English.

Ha un’esperienza di più di 40 anni in private equity, finanza aziendale e mercati finanziari. Ha conseguito una laurea cum laude nel 1974 in Economia Aziendale all’università Bocconi di Milano dove riveste anche il ruolo di Professore incaricato nell’Area Finanza dal 1977 al 2004.

Born in Varese on 16 May 1968, immediately after his studies, in 1997, he began his career in the world of Employment Agencies under the name Temporary S.p.A. of Milan and opened his first agency in Varese.

In 2001, he was called upon by a group of entrepreneurs to lead the launch of a new Employment Agency and contributed to the creation of Openjob S.p.A. Between 2003 and 2011, Openjob S.p.A. grew rapidly with a series of acquisitions, the last of which was Metis, which led to the creation, in January 2012, of Openjobmetis. On 27 December 2008, he was appointed Knight of Merit of the Italian Republic. On February 14, he was appointed President of Assosomm, the Italian Association of Employment Agencies. In 2015, he was awarded the 2015 Professionalism Award by the Rotary Club Varese Ceresio, and the following year he was included among the 100 most influential personalities in the world of the staffing industry in the prestigious “European Staffing 100 list 2016” list. He is a member of the Board of Arbitrators of the Alumni Association of the Liuc University of Castellanza. Since 11 May 2018, he has been an Independent Director of Green Arrow Capital SGR S.p.a., and on 2 June 2018 he was awarded the Official Appointment of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.
