Eugenio de Blasio is the founder and reference shareholder of the Green Arrow Capital group. Entrepreneur and Manager, he is the President of the parent company Green Arrow Capital SpA, Chief Executive Officer of the Italian management platform Green Arrow Capital Sgr (formerly Quadrivio) and of the Luxembourgish platform Green Arrow Asset Selection SARL (formerly Quercus).
Graduated cum Laude in Economics and Commerce from the La Sapienza University of Rome, he has a long experience in the financial sector, in Telecommunications, in Energy and Digital Infrastructure and in the world of Consulting. After a first position in 1993 in London in a large investment bank, he continued his career as a Top Manager of listed companies and Private Equity funds. He was Vice President of Assosolar and Board Member and responsible for the internationalization of Assorinnovables (the largest European association for renewable energy). He was Deputy CEO of Greentech Energy Systems A/S listed on Nasdaq Omx and Chief Executive Officer of the GWM Renewable Energy group owned by Intesa San Paolo and Pirelli. Currently a member of the board of directors of Richetti S.p.a.. , President of Labware and Poplast and member of the AIFI General Council. In May 2024, he was appointed Effective Member of National Observatory for the Protection of the Sea Strategic Committee (ONTM) and ONTM Effective Member.

Daniele graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. He started his career in a telecommunications company and later became a partner in a consulting firm in the same sector.
He has held a series of key roles in leading financial institutions, including M.P.S. and Banca Intesa, with responsibility for the Strategy and Development Area. He was Deputy Managing Director of Mediterranean Development (Financial Institution focused on promoting infrastructure in the Mediterranean) and Co-founder and CIO of the Investment Division of Greentech Energy Systems, as well as MD of GWM Renewable Energy in Spain.

Alessandro holds a degree in Political Economy from Glasgow University and a Master in Micro Economics from the University of Cambridge.
He began his professional career in London as a consultant for Deloitte Consulting and Braxton Associates (1995-2000). Until 2008, he was Director of H3G Italia, the mobile arm of the Hutchinson Whampoa Group (3 mobile), where he oversaw financial activities as Deputy CFO. In 2008 he was appointed Executive Director of the London Stock Exchange Group, where he held the position of CFO and Board Member of all Italian subsidiaries (Borsa Italiana and 6 other subsidiaries) as well as President of GlobeSettle, a company of the London Stock Exchange Group active in the post-trade sector in Luxembourg. His experience is based in particular on strategic planning, support in the decision-making process of financial and technological start-ups, as well as financial control in regulated entities.

Previously, he gained significant experience in business management at Farmacap, a company owned by the City of Rome. He was involved in the strategic planning and management process of the largest central telemonitoring in Europe in the pharmaceutical and social sector. He has been awarded the title of Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic and of Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for his commitment to tackling the challenges posed by Climate Change. In October 2025, he was appointed member of the Technical-Scientific Committee of the Capital Market Control Board at the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).

Stefano Russo, già Amministratore Delegato di Renaissance Institutional Management UK. Nei 13 anni precedenti, ha investito il ruolo di Managing Director in Morgan Stanley Investment Management a capo del dipartimenti di affari istituzionali per l’Europa ed il Medio Oriente.
Dal 1988 al 1993 è stato Chief Investment Officer della divisione di asset management ING a Milano. Ha lavorato per Continental Grain Company a New York, 1980-1987, dove era vice presidente, senior trader della divisione trading proprietaria. Stefano ha conseguito un MBA presso la New York University, Stern Graduate School of Business e una laurea in Ingegneria e Architettura presso l’Università di Roma. Ha fatto parte del Consiglio di Amministrazione di Anima Asset Management e precedentemente di Kairos Partners, Fabrica Immobiliare e Clessidra Capital Partners. Ha dedicato anche del tempo ad attività Universitarie come membro del Comitato esecutivo della New York University.

Dr. Giampiero Malagnino graduated in 1978 in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Perugia, and in 1980 he specialized with honors in Dentistry and Dental Prosthesis at the Sapienza University of Rome.
From 1974 to 1977 he was a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Perugia elected from among the students. During his specialization, he dedicated himself to endodontics, becoming an active member of the Italian Society of Endodontics in 1981, Active member of the American Association of Endodontics in 1982 (of which he is currently a Life Member) and Honorary Member of the Société Francaise d'Endodontie since 1986. He has participated in various conferences in Italy, France and the United States as a speaker on endodontic topics and has held more than 100 refresher courses in Italy and abroad. In 1986 he was elected to the board of directors of ANDI (National Association of Italian Dentists), becoming first secretary (1989-1992) and then president (1992-1995). He was a member of the Central Committee of the Fnomceo (National Federation of Medical Surgeons and Dentists) from 1997 to 2000. Since 2000 he has been Vice President of the Enpam Foundation (National Social Security and Assistance Agency for Doctors and Dentists). From 1999 to 2005 he was a member of the National Commission for Continuing Medical Education at the Ministry of Health, as well as of the commission for sector studies at the Ministry of Finance, appointed by the pro-tempore minister from 1998 to 2010. Independent member of the board of directors of Enel Green Power throughout the period in which the company was listed on the stock exchange (from 2010 to 2016).

Nunzio Luciano has twenty years of experience in the field of pension funds and asset management.
He was President of the Legal Fund for 7 years, where during his term of office he guided important choices on welfare measures and portfolio adjustments in sustainable investments and in the real economy. Since 2021 he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of EMAPI (Mutual Assistance Authority for Italian Professionals), and currently holds the position of Chairman of the Fund Steering Committee COIMA ESG City Impact, as well as that of Chairman of the Fund's Strategic Committee Green Arrow Infrastructure for the Future. Professor at Luiss at the School of Legal Advisor, during his career he has held multiple prestigious positions, including Member of the Investment Committee of F2i Sgr, Member of the Board of Directors of Hope Sicaf Retail, President of the European Investment Fund (FEI) Advisory Board — AMUF. He graduated in Law from the University of Naples “Federico II”.

Born in Varese on 16 May 1968, immediately after his studies, in 1997, he began his career in the world of Employment Agencies under the name Temporary S.p.A. of Milan and opened his first agency in Varese.
In 2001, he was called upon by a group of entrepreneurs to lead the launch of a new Employment Agency and contributed to the creation of Openjob S.p.A. Between 2003 and 2011, Openjob S.p.A. grew rapidly with a series of acquisitions, the last of which was Metis, which led to the creation, in January 2012, of Openjobmetis. On 27 December 2008, he was appointed Knight of Merit of the Italian Republic. On February 14, he was appointed President of Assosomm, the Italian Association of Employment Agencies. In 2015, he was awarded the 2015 Professionalism Award by the Rotary Club Varese Ceresio, and the following year he was included among the 100 most influential personalities in the world of the staffing industry in the prestigious “European Staffing 100 list 2016” list. He is a member of the Board of Arbitrators of the Alumni Association of the Liuc University of Castellanza. Since 11 May 2018, he has been an Independent Director of Green Arrow Capital SGR S.p.a., and on 2 June 2018 he was awarded the Official Appointment of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.

Rosanna comes from the banking sector, where she spent her first twenty years of professional experience in a major European banking group, including ten years as Internal Audit Manager.
She was Deputy Head of the Internal Audit Department of the BNPP-BNL Group — Italy. His approach to the Internal Audit profession has never been that of merely carrying out control, but rather that of providing a value-added service, able to understand the business and related risks, always balancing the costs and benefits of the internal control system. Graduated Cum Laude in International Monetary Economics at Bocconi, she has also dedicated herself to personal business projects in the digital sector. In 2018, he joined Green Arrow Capital SGR to start the Internal Audit Function internally. In 2023, he assumed the position of advisor responsible for the internal control functions and the role of Head of Group Integration and Operational Development.

Ettore Turrina is Chief Financial Officer of the ITAS Assurances Group and Central Director of ITAS Vita.
He has more than twenty years of experience in investment management in the insurance sector, specializing in asset management of bond, equity and investment funds portfolios. He is a member of the Permanent Life and Welfare Committee of ANIA and of the Investment Committee of FT Private Market S.p.A.

Born in Rome in 1971, he is Director of the Real Investments Area of the Enpam Foundation, the social security institution for doctors and dentists.
After graduating in Electrical Engineering at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, he obtained a second-level master's degree in “Energy and Environmental Management”, at the same University, and a master's degree in Business Administration at the Business School of Luiss University. He is enrolled in the Register of Engineers, civil and environmental, industrial and information sectors. He has experience in the asset class of real estate, consisting of real estate and infrastructure, and is present on several Investment Fund Advisory Boards. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Green Arrow Capital SGR S.p.A. since 2024.

Born in Rome in 1967, she has been a lawyer registered with the Rome Bar Association since 1993.
After graduating in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, she collaborated with the Chiomenti Law Firm until 2001, and then joined BonelliErede, where she has been a partner in the Banking and Financial Department since 2002. He has gained consolidated experience in the field of real estate, corporate and distressed credit finance, holding leadership roles within the Firm's Banking and Real Estate Focus Teams. She was a member of the Board of Directors of SITAF S.p.A., doValue S.p.A. and Amundi RE Italia SGR S.p.A. She is currently an independent member of the Board of Directors of Blue SGR S.p.A., Banca CF+ S.p.A. and, since 2025, of Green Arrow Capital SGR S.p.A.

Anne-Marie Louis is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Green Arrow Capital AIFM. He is an independent non-executive director with more than 25 years of experience in the investment fund sector in Luxembourg.
Prior to her non-executive career, Anne-Marie held senior relationship management roles at major financial institutions, including Brown Brothers Harriman, RBC and CACEIS, where she developed deep experience in fund administration, investor services and alternative asset structures. She has gained experience in a wide range of investment vehicles and has been involved, at the board level, in various asset classes such as private equity, private debt, infrastructure and sustainable investments.
Anne-Marie has a strong interest in sustainable finance and has obtained the “Governance for a Sustainable Future” certification from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. He is an active member of the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA) and the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA) and contributes to various working groups.

Complete experience as Corporate Manager, Chief Financial Officer, financial advisor, credit risk analyst and tax manager, with past professional experience in a group of companies, commercial enterprises and publicly controlled companies operating in various sectors, including financial, energy, industrial, as well as having been involved in consulting and private companies as Advisory and Member of the Board of Directors. Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor, registered in the National List of members of Independent Performance Assessment Bodies (O.I.V.).
Former effective mayor of Green Arrow Capital SGR from 2018 to 2021. He holds positions of Mayor and Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors in limited liability companies. He began his career at KPMG in auditing and accounting organization. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of companies in administration and judicial control. He was the Manager responsible for drafting Atac's corporate accounting documents and CFO in multinational and municipal corporations.

Born in Trento in 1958, he is an Auditor with a degree in Political Economy from the University of Trento.
He has gained thirty years of experience in the insurance sector, holding top positions in leading realities of the Italian mutual insurance landscape. He is currently President of ITAS Vita S.p.A., of which he has been a Director since 2013, and sits on the Boards of Directors of S.I.E. S.p.A., Media-Alpi Pubblicità S.r.l., Radio Dolomiti S.r.l. and ABILnova Cooperativa Sociale. He has held the roles of President, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of ITAS Mutua and Assuratrice Val Piave S.p.A., as well as Chief Executive Officer of ITAS Vita S.p.A. and ITAS Assurazioni S.p.A. He was a member of the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and the Permanent Economic and Financial Commission of ANIA — National Association of Insurance Companies — and participated in the work of the Solvency II group of the European association AMICE.

Born in Florence in 1957, he is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Florence Register, and Statutory Auditor. Graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from the University of Florence.
He is an adjunct professor in the field of Corporate Governance and member of the Scientific Committee of the Center for Applied Economics Studies (CSEA) of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. Since 2017, he has been a member of the Commission for the review of the Rules of Conduct of the Boards of Statutory Auditors of Listed Companies of the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts. He is a founding member and member of the Scientific Committee of Assobenefit (National Association for Benefit Societies). He is and has been Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors or effective Auditor of numerous major companies, including, from 2014 to 2023, of ENI S.p.A., as well as director and auditor of companies, public bodies and foundations. He carries out and has carried out professional activities, publications and conferences mainly in the sectors: Corporate Governance, Climate Change, ESG, regulated markets, Benefit Companies.

Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor, registered in the National List of members of Independent Performance Assessment Bodies (O.I.V.).
Former effective mayor of Green Arrow Capital SGR from 2018 to 2021. He holds positions of Mayor and Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors in limited liability companies. He began his career at KPMG in auditing and accounting organization. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of companies in administration and judicial control. He was the Manager responsible for drafting Atac's corporate accounting documents and CFO in multinational and municipal corporations.

Graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce, from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, she attended the “Specialization Course in Tax Law and Corporate Tax Accounting”, 1992-1993 edition, at the L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli and the “231 Higher Education and Integrated Compliance Course” A.A. 2023/2024 at the Roma Tre University.
She has been registered in the Rome Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 1993 and in the Register of Statutory Auditors since 1999. An expert in national and international taxation, she has gained significant experience in corporate governance and integrated compliance. He holds positions as a member of the board of statutory auditors and the supervisory body in large companies, including public subsidiaries, currently, among the main ones, he is effective auditor of Enel Italia S.p.A., of the Anagni Cooperative Credit Bank, where he is also a member of the Supervisory Body, and since 2025 he has been effective auditor of Green Arrow Capital S.G.R. S.p.A.

Enrica comes from the market infrastructure sector, where she spent more than 15 years, first in the research and development area and then in the legal department, in the Borsa Italiana, London Stock Exchange Group and Euronext Groups, in managerial positions.
An expert in financial market regulation and institutional relations, she has coordinated multiple strategic projects aimed at international development and integration from an operational and corporate point of view and numerous research and advisory activities aimed at developing the regulatory framework of the capital market. She graduated from the University of West London and the Faculty of Law of the University of Genoa. He currently holds the position of Senior Policy and Legal Officer of the European Central Securities Depositories Association and provides legal and strategic advice in the corporate, capital markets and fintech fields.
