After three years as a human resources specialist at the second Italian private bank, in 1999 he moved to Luxembourg to work in the same group, where he actively contributed to the establishment from scratch first of a bank and then of a financial institution (PFS), holding the role of Conducting Officer responsible for daily operational management.

At the end of his employment at this bank, in 2012, Alberto began his career as an independent director and Conducting Officer, focusing on the financial sector and the fund industry. Here he has gained solid decades of experience in various roles, mainly within regulated entities. With management positions in funds of various sizes (up to more than 1 billion), Alberto has become familiar with investment management, regulatory compliance, auditing, legal and regulatory aspects.

As a Conducting Officer, he has developed solid experience in managing UCITS management companies and AIFM private equity funds. He graduated from Bocconi University in Milan and in 2018 he completed the INSEAD International Directors Program (“IIDP”), becoming certified director at the Luxembourg Institute of Directors (ILA). He is also a member of ALCO (the Luxembourg Association of Compliance Officers).

Corporate Finance Executive with extensive international experience in Financial and Banking Economics, with more than 20 years of experience in listed and private multinational companies. Currently responsible for overseeing organizational, risk, corporate, financial, fiscal, valuation and control functions (according to current ITA, LUX, UK, ES, Eastern Europe and EU regulations) at Group level in Green Arrow Capital, as a member of the Board of Directors of the parent company, supporting the Board of Directors in the ordinary and extraordinary management of the Group.

Formerly Group Financial & Risk Controller and Head of Administration & Control — Southern Europe in a multinational group listed on NASDAQ OMX in Copenhagen (DK), which operates internationally in the renewable energy sector. Complete experience as Corporate Manager, Chief Financial Officer, financial advisor, credit risk analyst and tax manager, with past professional experience in a group of companies, commercial enterprises and publicly controlled companies operating in various sectors, including financial, energy, industrial, as well as having been involved in consulting and private companies as Advisory and Member of the Board of Directors. Certified Statutory Auditor, Chartered Accountant, Postgraduate Master in Banking, Insurance and Finance Management and Master of Science in Financial, Insurance and Banking Economy.

Edoardo has gained solid international professional experience over the years, operating in two different European financial markets as CEO, Managing Director and Director of Asset Management for an important financial and banking group listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, with offices in Dublin and Luxembourg.

He is the founder of a financial advisory boutique specialized in wealth management for HNWI (High Net Worth Individuals) and a small accounting and business services firm.

In addition, as Independent Director, he holds positions on various boards of directors of entities supervised by the CSSF (UCITS, SIF), as well as general partners of AIF and other companies operating in Luxembourg.

Edoardo is an ILA Certified Director and has obtained the Certification in Business Management at INSEAD. He also has a Master's degree in Business and Economics.
