Whistleblowing Green Arrow Capital SGR

In line with the principles of trustworthiness and integrity of its governance Green Arrow Capital SGR encourages the collaboration of its workers and third parties, for the purpose of identifying illegal, fraudulent or suspicious phenomena and any other irregularity that damages the public interest or the SGR for conduct that does not comply with the law, the regulations governing financial activity or the principles contained in the Code of Ethics and Model 231 of the SGR.

Whistleblowing Subjective Scope

They can make a report Whistleblowing:
  • employees of the SGR (regardless of the contractual form and including personnel in labor administration, interns, consultants who work for the SGR and collaborators who work on the basis of relationships that determine their inclusion in the business organization);
  • the suppliers of the SGR;
  • the members of the corporate bodies of the SGR;
  • those who do not yet fall into one of the categories above (if the violation occurred during the selection process) and those who no longer have a relationship with the SGR (if the violation occurred when the relationship was still in place).
