Eugenio de Blasio is the founder and reference shareholder of the Green Arrow Capital group. Entrepreneur and Manager, he is the President of the parent company Green Arrow Capital SpA, Chief Executive Officer of the Italian management platform Green Arrow Capital Sgr (formerly Quadrivio) and of the Luxembourgish platform Green Arrow Asset Selection SARL (formerly Quercus).

Graduated cum Laude in Economics and Commerce from the La Sapienza University of Rome, he has a long experience in the financial sector, in Telecommunications, in Energy and Digital Infrastructure and in the world of Consulting. After a first position in 1993 in London in a large investment bank, he continued his career as a Top Manager of listed companies and Private Equity funds. He was Vice President of Assosolar and Board Member and responsible for the internationalization of Assorinnovables (the largest European association for renewable energy). He was Deputy CEO of Greentech Energy Systems A/S listed on Nasdaq Omx and Chief Executive Officer of the GWM Renewable Energy group owned by Intesa San Paolo and Pirelli. Currently a member of the board of directors of Richetti S.p.a.. , President of Labware and Poplast and member of the AIFI General Council. In May 2024, he was appointed Effective Member of National Observatory for the Protection of the Sea Strategic Committee (ONTM) and ONTM Effective Member.

Daniele ha conseguito la laurea in Economia e Commercio presso l’Università degli Studi di Roma “La Sapienza”. Ha iniziato la sua carriera in una società di Telecomunicazioni e successivamente diventa partner di una società di consulenza nel medesimo settore.

Ha ricoperto una serie di ruoli chiave in primarie istituzioni finanziarie, tra cui M.P.S. e Banca Intesa, con responsabilità nell’Area Strategia e Sviluppo. È stato Deputy Managing Director di Sviluppo del Mediterraneo (Istituzione Finanziaria focalizzata nella promozione di infrastrutture nel Mediterraneo) e co-Fondatore e CIO della Divisione Investimenti di Greentech Energy Systems, nonché MD di GWM Renewable Energy in Spagna.

Alessandro ha conseguito la laurea in Economia Politica a Glasgow University e un Master in Micro Economia presso l’università di Cambridge.

Ha iniziato la sua carriera professionale a Londra come consulente per Deloitte Consulting e Braxton Associates (1995-2000). Fino al 2008 è stato Direttore di H3G Italia, il braccio mobile del Gruppo Hutchinson Whampoa (3 mobile), dove ha supervisionato le attività finanziarie come vice CFO. Nel 2008 è stato nominato Direttore Esecutivo del Gruppo London Stock Exchange, dove ha ricoperto la carica di CFO e Consigliere di Amministrazione di tutte le società controllate italiane (Borsa Italiana ed altre 6 controllate) nonché di Presidente di GlobeSettle, società del Gruppo London Stock Exchange attiva nel settore post trade in Lussemburgo. La sua esperienza è improntata in particolar modo alla pianificazione strategica, supporto nel processo decisionale di start-up di settore finanziario e tecnologico, nonché al controllo finanziario in entità regolamentate.

Responsabile della gestione operativa degli asset energetici in portafoglio oltre alle funzioni di sviluppo progetti e procurement.

Prima di entrare in Green Arrow Capital, Michele ha maturato oltre 25 anni di esperienza in multinazionali in Italia e soprattutto all’estero nei settori dell’ingegneria con SnamProgetti, nella gestione di stabilimenti industriali complessi con Alcoa ed in ultimo ricoprendo il ruolo di COO presso la divisione industria di Veolia all’estero, nel settore dei servizi ambientali ed energetici all’industria farmaceutica, automotive, defense. Ha una vasta esperienza nelle tecniche di project and asset management, nell’applicazione di metodi di ingegneria e affidabilità applicata alla manutenzione, nelle soluzioni tecnologiche relativamente alle utilities e agli impianti di produzione e distribuzione di energia. Michele è laureato in Ingegneria Elettrotecnica presso l’Università La Sapienza di Roma.

Responsible for all M&A activities and financing of renewable and digital assets and leader of the infrastructure investments team.

Before joining Green Arrow in 2021, Giovanni was Senior Investment Manager at Circuitus Capital, a member of the Board of Directors of Atlantica Digital SpA and founder and member of the Board of Directors of Domec Solutions SpA. He has extensive experience in the infrastructure sector and small/medium-sized enterprises in Italy and abroad with particular expertise in the Transportation, Renewables, Energy Efficiency, Digital Payment and Information Technology sectors. During his career, he has developed a vast network of solid relationships with financial institutions, companies and private equity firms with access to exclusive agreements. Giovanni graduated in Business Administration from the La Sapienza University of Rome.

Giulio è responsabile delle attività di M&A e dei finanziamenti degli asset rinnovabili dei fondi di Green Arrow Capital.

In Green Arrow Capital dal 2015, Giulio ha preso parte a tutte le operazioni di M&A dei fondi di infrastrutture energetiche rinnovabili (oltre €1 miliardo in termini di enterprise value) e alle acquisizioni delle piattaforme di investimento del Gruppo – Quadrivio Capital SGR (oggi Green Arrow Capital SGR) e Quercus – aggregando un portafoglio di asset operativi da oltre 300 MWp tra Italia, Spagna, Regno Unito ed Est Europa. Tra il 2019 ed il 2023 ha guidato la realizzazione di oltre 25 impianti di energia fonte rinnovabile e biometano ed ha acquisito impianti operativi/in autorizzazione con una potenza complessiva di oltre 2.6 GWp. Nel 2024 ha perfezionato la dismissione del principale portafoglio di impianti a biometano realizzato in Italia. Nello stesso periodo, inoltre, ha gestito l’emissione di nuova finanza per oltre €350 milioni (project finance, bridge & finanziamenti corporate) ed il turn-around di vari impianti distressed. Prima di entrare in GAC, ha maturato esperienza nella divisione di Financial Statement Audit di Deloitte & Touche dove è stato coinvolto in progetti speciali quali la ristrutturazione di un debito di €1 miliardo, l’emissione di un bond pari a €0.5 miliardi, la quotazione al Nasdaq di una multinazionale italiana ed altre. Possiede inoltre esperienza nel settore immobiliare italiano.

È consigliere di amministrazione di AERO (Associazione delle Energie Rinnovabili Offshore) ed altre società.

Giulio ha conseguito una doppia laurea (B.A.) in Business Administration presso la John Cabot University e la University of Wales

Costanzo has solid experience in M&A transactions and infrastructure investments, with a focus on renewable energy.

He began his career at Prometeia, and then joined KPMG Advisory in the Corporate Finance team, where he supported clients in M&A transactions, debt and equity issues, financial valuations and business planning in various sectors. In particular, he assisted a solar company in the issuance of a green bond and supported a large Italian company in the acquisition of biomethane assets. In 2022, Costanzo joined the LCF Alliance, where he focused on the acquisition and management of assets in the renewable energy sector in Italy. He played a key role in asset valuation and strategic initiatives such as fundrasing and refinancing, gaining direct experience in the investment process and collaborating closely with the Investment Committee and the Board of Directors. Costanzo graduated with honors and special mention in Corporate Finance from LUISS Guido Carli and obtained a double degree from the Bayes Business School in London.

Alvise began his professional career in 2018 as a Financial Analyst at Società Tecniche Finanziari S.p.a., assisting primary private and public clients in the structuring of extraordinary finance transactions, loans and refinancing.

In 2019, he joined Arpinge S.p.a as Investment Analyst, personally supervising various investment, M&A and project financing transactions in the wind, photovoltaic and rotating parking sectors. From 2021 to 2023, he worked as Senior Consultant at EY within the Strategy and Transactions team where he assisted leading industrial and private equity clients in M&A transactions (both sell-side and buy-side) in various sectors with financial due diligence services. Alvise graduated cum laude in 2018 in Administration, Finance and Control from the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.

At Green Arrow, he is responsible for the legal and corporate affairs of all the group's entities.

Before joining Green Arrow, Carmelo Recupero worked in a law firm advising private companies on business and administrative matters. Carmelo obtained a master's degree in Law from the University of Messina and attended a master's degree in management and regulation of renewable energy at the LUISS University of Rome.

It provides advice on industrial and regulatory policies in the field of infrastructure and energy for Sustainable Development.

He is Full Professor of Applied Economics at the Department of Economics of the University of Foggia and has taught at Luiss “Guido Carli” in Rome since 1992. Also at Luiss, since 1997, he has been Deputy Director of GRIF “Fabio Gobbo”, where he is responsible for the Observatory for Sustainable Development and Renewable Energy. A member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Society for Economics and Industrial Policy (SIEPI), he is also Director of one of the oldest Italian economic journals: “Industry”, published by Il Mulino. On several occasions he has been a consultant to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Ministries and inter-ministerial committees on issues related to energy, transport, telecommunications and, more generally, to industrial and regulatory policies in the field of infrastructure and transport. He is the author of numerous scientific and educational publications on the issues of competitiveness, energy, infrastructure, sustainability and development of the country and is committed to promoting economic and cultural debate through participation in conferences, specific seminars and television debates.

Economist specialized in strategy and finance in the energy and environmental sectors both academically and professionally.

Among the first in Italy, he then became one of the leading experts on economic and financial issues in environmental matters. Founder of Althesys, scientific director of Irex Monitor, member of the Renewable Industry Advisory Network of IEA, the Paris International Energy Agency and the International Association for Economic Energy.

Alessandro graduated with honors from Bocconi University and has been a researcher at Space Bocconi, since its inception, in partnership with Boston Northeastern University.
