Paolo is Managing Director of the Client Solutions division.

From 2005 to 2007 Paolo was a senior member of the management team of Advanced Capital SGR, from 2003 to 2005 he advised on strategic transactions for investors and management of companies belonging to private equity and venture capital funds; from 2000 to 2003 he was Head of Corporate Finance at Netscalibur, an investment of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and Goldman Sachs Private Equity, and from 1992 to 2000 he was Vice President of Morgan Stanley in the M&A division in London and New York. Paolo graduated with honors in Business Administration from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan in 1991. Paolo is fluent in English.

Federica is Investment Director of the Client Solutions division. From 2013 to 2015 she was Investment Manager at the Enasarco Foundation, where she supervised the restructuring of the securities portfolio and from 2009 to 2013 she was Senior Assistant Auditor for the financial sector at Ernst & Young Italia.

In 2008, Federica was Summer Intern at Merrill Lynch's Global Wealth Management division in New York. Federica obtained a master's degree in Finance from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan in 2009 and an MBA with honors from the IE Business School in Madrid in 2016. Federica is fluent in English and Spanish.

Caterina is Investment Manager of the Client Solutions division.

From 2021 to 2023 she was investment manager at the Italian Investment Fund, where she followed investments in funds active on the Italian market and previously, from 2017 to 2021, she gained experience in Cassa Depositi e Prestiti in the Investment Funds division. He previously gained experience in the private debt team of Anthilia Capital Parners SGR and began his career in 2011 in the private equity fund of Yarpa SGR. In 2012, Caterina obtained her master's degree in Finance from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan. Caterina is fluent in English.

Caterina is Investment Manager of the Client Solutions division. From 2021 to 2023 she was investment manager at the Italian Investment Fund, where she followed investments in funds active on the Italian market and previously, from 2017 to 2021, she gained experience in Cassa Depositi e Prestiti in the Investment Funds division.

In 2012, Caterina obtained her master's degree in Finance from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan. Caterina is fluent in English.

Francesco is an Associate in the Client Solutions division.

From 2022 to 2024 he was Senior Analyst in the M&A FIG & Fintech team of KPMG Advisory S.p.A., previously, from 2021 to 2022, he was an Analyst in the Corporate Finance — NPL division at KPMG Advisory S.p.A. Francesco obtained a master's degree with honors in Accounting and Freelance at the University of Bologna in 2021. Francesco speaks fluent English.

Giuseppe is an Associate in the Client Solutions division.

From 2022 to 2025 he worked at Deloitte Officine Innovazione, dealing with investment and M&A transactions for companies and private equity and venture capital funds. He started his career in Amplifon's Global Strategy & Business Development department. Giuseppe obtained his master's degree in Innovation & Technology Management at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. Giuseppe is fluent in English.

Francesco is an analyst in the Client Solutions team.

Previously, he did a curricular internship in the M&A Advisory team at Fineurop Soditic, an independent Corporate Finance boutique. In July 2024, Francesco graduated with honors from the Master's Degree in Corporate Finance at the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome. In 2022, on the other hand, he obtained a three-year degree in Economics and Commerce from Federico II in Naples. Francesco is fluent in English.
