In 2011 Vincenzo founded i31Faber, a consulting firm specialized in debt arranging and financial restructuring, and from 2006 to 2011 he was General Manager of Nem Sgr. Previously, he was a manager in the Investment Banking and Leveraged Finance team at Intesa Sanpaolo and an Auditor at KPMG.

Vincenzo graduated in Economics and Commerce from the Federico II University of Naples in 1996. Vincenzo speaks English.

From 2007 to 2017 he was Senior Manager in Deloitte Financial Advisory with a particular focus on corporate restructuring, business planning and M&A activities, from 2006 to 2007 auditor in the manufacturing division of Deloitte & Touche and from 2004 to 2005 Analyst in the Corporate Finance division of Banca Intermobiliare.

Federico graduated in Business Administration from the University of Turin in 2005. Federico is fluent in English.

Gianmarco is Investment Manager of the Special Situations division.

From 2021 to 2023, Gianmarco worked as Senior Investment Associate in the Pricing & Underwriting team of Europa Investimenti S.p.a.. He previously worked as Manager in EY Advisory's Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy team. Gianmarco obtained a three-year degree in economics and business management from the LUISS Guido Carli university and a double master's degree in International Management and Corporate Finance from the LUISS Guido Carli and Fudan University universities between Shanghai and Rome. Gianmarco is fluent in English.

Enrico is an Analyst in the Special Situations division.

In 2022, Enrico did an internship at Russo De Rosa Associati, a firm specialized in private equity and corporate reorganization transactions. Enrico obtained a three-year degree in “International Management” and a master's degree in “Management” from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and an annual master's degree in “Merchant Banking and Private Capital” at LIUC Business School. Enrico is fluent in English.

From 2010 to 2012 he was Associate at Nem Sgr and from 2007 to 2010 an Analyst at GE Capital Interbanco both in the Corporate Finance and Structured Finance teams. Additional experience in the SanPaolo IMI Leveraged Finance team and in KPMG Advisory. In 2007, Luca graduated with honors in Economics and Financial Markets from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan. Luca speaks fluent English and good German.

Marta is Investment Director in the NPL division.

From 2008 to 2018 Marta was Director at Deloitte Financial Advisory, where she was involved in various Restructuring, Turnaround, Business Planning and Debt Advisory projects. He previously worked at Carretti e Associati and did an internship at PWC Italy and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Montreal (Canada). Marta obtained a specialized degree in Administration, Finance and Control from Bocconi University in Milan in 2007. Marta speaks English and French.

Laura is Investment Director. From 2006 to June 2016 she worked for international law firms and for leading Italian law firms, in Milan and London, with a particular focus on restructuring, corporate finance and M&A transactions. Laura graduated with honors in Law from the University of Padua in 2006 and was admitted to the Bar Association in 2009. Laura is fluent in English.

Francesco is Investment Director of the Special Situations division.

From 2017 to 2021 Francesco worked as Senior Manager in PwC's Business Recovery Services team. From 2021 to 2023, he served as Director in Deloitte Financial Advisory's Turnaround & Restructuring team. Previously, he worked at a strategic consulting boutique in Milan.

Francesco obtained his master's degree in Management from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in 2011. Francesco is fluent in English.

Pier Francesco is Investment Director in the Corporate Credit and Special Situations investment programs division, where he is responsible for the origination, execution, and management of investments, with a focus on corporate turnaround operations. Previously, he served as Legal Counsel within the funds.

He has experience in restructuring, corporate finance, and project finance at leading Italian law firms.

Pier Francesco earned a degree in Law from Università Cattolica di Milano, a PhD in Commercial Law (2016), and an Executive MBA from Bocconi University (2023). He is admitted to the Bar and is fluent in English.

Davide is an Investment Manager in the Special Situations division.

From 2016 to 2019, he worked in Prometeia's Asset & Risk Management division, and prior to that, he was an Analyst at AIFI, the Italian Association of Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Private Debt. From 2019 to 2022, Davide served as Head of Valuation & Risk Specialist at DeA Capital Alternative Funds (now Green Arrow Capital Alternative Funds SGR).

Davide earned his Master's degree in Economics and Management from LIUC – Università Carlo Cattaneo in 2016. Davide is fluent in English.

Michele is a Senior Associate in the Special Situations division.

From 2022 to 2024, Michele worked as Senior Analyst at Oxy Capital, following the various activities along the entire investment cycle and supporting portfolio companies in the implementation of key projects along their restructuring process. He previously worked in Apeiron Management and in Mediobanca's Equity Capital Markets team.

Michele received a three-year degree in business administration from the University of Bergamo and a master's degree in Finance from Bocconi University. Michele is fluent in English.

Marco is a Senior Associate in the corporate credit and special situations investment programs division.

He previously held the position of Senior Associate in the M&A Transaction Services team at the Milan office of PwC Italy. Marco obtained his Master's Degree in “Management Engineering” at the Politecnico di Milano.

Marco is fluent in English and French.

Edoardo is an analyst in the Special Situation division.

Edoardo started his career at the MAIRE Group in 2020, where he did an internship in the Mechanical Design department of Maire Tecnimont. Subsequently, in 2022, he joined NextChem, the green-tech company of the MAIRE Group, where he developed his master's thesis on the technical-economic optimization of green ammonia plants. Before joining DeA, in 2024, he did an internship in the Private Credit team of Green Arrow Capital SGR.

Edoardo obtained a three-year degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master's degree in Energy Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano. Edoardo is fluent in English and Spanish.
