Quercus (Green Arrow Asset Selection Sarl) manages 5 Luxembourg funds dedicated to Renewable Energy in Europe operating in Italy, UK and Spain.
The Green Arrow Infrastructure of the Future Fund invests in renewable energy and digital infrastructure in high potential markets in Europe. The strategy of the Fund is to invest in qualified, futureproofed assets across renewable energy production, energy storage and electric vehicle charging stations and data transmission via digital (5G) infrastructure assets. The Fund is managed by Green Arrow Capital AIFM SARL, a Luxembourg-regulated management company.
The RE Infrastructure for Mobility fund invests in infrastructure for the development of electric mobility and the energy transition process in Europe.

Eugenio de Blasio is the Founder and Major shareholder of the Green Arrow Capital group. Entrepreneur and Manager, he is the Chairman of the parent company Green Arrow Capital SpA, CEO of the Italian Management Platform Green Arrow Capital Sgr (formerly Quadrivio) and the Luxembourg platforms Green Arrow Asset Selection SARL (formerly Quercus). He graduated cum Laude in Economics at the University La Sapienza of Rome; Eugenio has an extensive experience in the financial sector, in Telecommunications, in Energy and Digital Infrastructures and in the professional advisory business. After a first job in London in 1993 in a Large Investment Banking corporation, he continued his career as a Top Manager of listed companies and private equity funds. He was the Former Vice President of Assosolare, Board Member and responsible for the internationalization of Assorinnovabili (the largest European renewable energy association). He was Former Deputy CEO of Greentech Energy Systems A / S listed on the Nasdaq Omx and Chief Executive Officer of the GWM Renewable Energy group, having among the shareholders Banca Intesa San Paolo and Pirelli. Currently Board member of Seven SpA, Vice-President of Invicta SpA, President of LabWare and Poplast, Board Member of Richetti SpA and Member of the General Council of AIFI.
Daniele, Partner and CIO of Green Arrow Capital and Green Arrow Capital SGR, has vast hands on experience within the private industry as well as financial institutions. After graduating cum laude from Rome University, he started as a manager in a new Telecom Local Exchange Carrier. Thereafter, Mr. Camponeschi was Partner of a consulting firm within the telecom sector. From 2001 to 2006, he covered a number of key roles in primary Italian financial institutions, including M.P.S. and Banca Intesa, with responsibilities mainly in strategy and business development. Daniele was Deputy Managing Director of Mediterranean Development, a financial institution, focused on promoting Infrastructure projects in the Mediterranean. Daniele was also co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Greentech Energy Systems and Managing Director of GWM Renewable Energy Spain.
Alessandro owns a degree in Economics at Glasgow University and a Master Degree in Micro Economics at the University of Cambridge. Prior to such experience, he started his professional career in London as a consultant for Braxton Associates/Deloitte Consulting (1995-2000). Following Alessandro has been a Director of H3G Italy, the mobile arm of the Hutchinson Whampoa Group (3 mobile), where he has been overseeing the finance activities as Deputy CFO. He has been an executive Director with the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) since 2008, where he has been Board member of all the Italian subsidiaries (Borsa Italiana and other 6 subsidiaries) and CFO. While at LSEG he has also been Chairman of GlobeSettle, a company of the London Stock Exchange Group active in the post trade sector in Luxembourg. Alessandro’s experience has been mainly in strategic planning, M&A and financial support to decision making in start-up companies in the financial and technology sector as well as financial control in regulated entities.
Responsible for the operational management of the energy assets in portfolio in addition to project development and procurement functions. Before joining Green Arrow Capital, Michele gained over 25 years of experience in multinationals in Italy and especially abroad in the engineering sector with SnamProgetti, in the management of complex industrial plants with Alcoa and lastly covering the role of COO at the industrial division of Veolia abroad, in the sector of environmental and energy services to the pharmaceutical, automotive and defense industries. He has extensive experience in project and asset management techniques, in the application of engineering and reliability methods to maintenance, in technological solutions relating to utilities and energy production and distribution plants. Michele graduated in Electrical Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome.
Responsible for all M&A and financing of renewable energy and digital assets and leads the Infrastructure investment team. Prior to joining Green Arrow in 2021, Giovanni was Senior Investment Manager at Circuitus Capital, Board Member at Atlantica Digital SpA and Founder and Board Member at Domec Solutions SpA. He has an extensive experience in the infrastructure sector and small/medium enterprises in Italy and abroad with particular expertise in Transportation, Renewables, Energy Efficiency sector, Digital Payment, Information Technology Sectors. During his career he developed an expansive network of strong relationships with financial institutions, corporates, and private equity firms with access to exclusive deals. Giovanni holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of La Sapienza, Rome.
Costanzo has solid experience in M&A transactions and infrastructure investments with a focus on renewable energy.
Alvise started his professional career in 2018 as Financial Analyst at Società Tecniche Finanziarie S.p.A,, assisting leading private and public clients in structuring extraordinary finance transactions, financing and refinancing in the infrastructure sector.
In Green Arrow he is responsible for the legal and corporate affairs of all the entities of the group. Prior to joining Green Arrow Carmelo Recupero worked in a law firm assisting private company on corporate and administrative matters. Carmelo holds a master degree in Law at the University of Messina and attended a master in management and regulation of renewable energies at the LUISS University, Rome.
Cesare Pozzi advises Green Arrow Capital on industrial and regulatory policies on infrastructure and energy for Sustainable Development. He is Full Professor of Applied Economics at the Department of Economics of the University of Foggia and at Luiss ‘Guido Carli’ in Rome since 1992. At Luiss he has also been Deputy Director of GRIF ‘Fabio Gobbo’ since 1997, where he is responsible for the Sustainable Development and Renewable Energy Observatory. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Society of Economics and Industrial Policy (SIEPI) and is also Director of one of the oldest Italian economics journals: “L’Industria”, published by Il Mulino. He has been on several occasions a consultant to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Ministries and inter-ministerial committees on subjects as energy, transport, telecommunications and, more generally, industrial and regulatory policies on infrastructure and transport. He is the author of numerous scientific and popular publications on competitiveness, energy, infrastructure, sustainability and the development of the country and is committed to promoting economic and cultural debate through his participation in conferences, specific seminars and television debates. Cesare graduated cum Laude in Economics at the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome.
Economist specialized in strategy and finance in the energy and environmental industries at both at an academic and professional level. Among the first in Italy, he has then become one of the main expert in business and financial issues on environment. Founder of Althesys, scientific director of Irex Monitor, Member of the Renewable Industry Advisory Network of IEA, the International Energy Agency in Paris and the International Association for Energy Economic. Alessandro graduated with honors at Bocconi University, he was researcher at Space Bocconi, since its establishment, in partnership with the Boston Northeastern University.
