Nunzio Luciano has over twenty years of experience in Pension Funds and in the savings management sector. He was President of Cassa Forense for 7 years, a mandate during which he fronted important decisions on welfare measures and portfolio adjustments in sustainable investments and in real economy. Since 2021, he is Chairman of the BoD of EMAPI (Mutual Assistance Agency for Italian Professionals), and currently serves as Chairman of the Steering Committee of the COIMA ESG City Impact Fund, as well as Chairman of the Strategic Committee of the Green Arrow Infrastructure of the Future Fund. Professor at the Luiss School of Legal Advisor, he covered, during the course of his career, a multitude of prestigious roles, amongst which Member of the Investment Committee of F2i SGR, Member of the BoD of Hope Sicaf Retail, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the European Investment Fund (EIF) – AMUF. He graduated in Law from the University of Naples “Federico II”.

He was the Former Vice President of Assosolare, Board Member and responsible for the internationalization of Assorinnovabili (the largest European renewable energy association). He was Former Deputy CEO of Greentech Energy Systems A / S listed on the Nasdaq Omx and Chief Executive Officer of the GWM Renewable Energy group, having among the shareholders Banca Intesa San Paolo and Pirelli. Stefano Russo joined Renaissance Institutional Management UK in 2005 as CEO. Prior to this, he spent 13 years with Morgan Stanley Investment Management as Managing Director, heading the European and Middle East institutional business.From 1988 to 1993, he worked at ING Milan as Chief Investment Officer of the asset management division. He worked for Continental Grain Company in New York, from 1980 to 1987, where he was vice president, senior trader of the proprietary trading division. After graduating cum laude from Rome University, he started as a manager in a new Telecom Local Exchange Carrier. Thereafter, Mr. Camponeschi was Partner of a consulting firm within the telecom sector. From 2001 to 2006, he covered a number of key roles in primary Italian financial institutions, including M.P.S. and Banca Intesa, with responsibilities mainly in strategy and business development. Daniele was Deputy Managing Director of Mediterranean Development, a financial institution, focused on promoting Infrastructure projects in the Mediterranean. Daniele was also co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Greentech Energy Systems and Managing Director of GWM Renewable Energy Spain.

Alessandro owns a degree in Economics at Glasgow University and a Master Degree in Micro Economics at the University of Cambridge. Prior to such experience, he started his professional career in London as a consultant for Braxton Associates/Deloitte Consulting (1995-2000). Following Alessandro has been a Director of H3G Italy, the mobile arm of the Hutchinson Whampoa Group (3 mobile), where he has been overseeing the finance activities as Deputy CFO. He has been an executive Director with the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) since 2008, where he has been Board member of all the Italian subsidiaries (Borsa Italiana and other 6 subsidiaries) and CFO. While at LSEG he has also been Chairman of GlobeSettle, a company of the London Stock Exchange Group active in the post trade sector in Luxembourg. Rosanna spent twenty years in the banking sector, for a leading European bank, ten of which working as internal audit manager. She also covered the role of Deputy Head of the Group Internal Audit Function of BNP Paribas – Italian Territory. In her role, she has always been able to turn a mere control function to an added value consulting activity, able to understand the business, the intrinsic risks and well balancing controls’ costs and benefits. Graduated cum laude in International Monetary Economics in Bocconi, she also dedicated part of her time to found a web start-up as CEO, diversifying her professional and human experience. In 2018, she joined Green Arrow Capital SGR to set up the Internal Audit Function until 2023, when she took up the role of board member coordinator of the internal control functions and Head of GAC Group Integration and Operational development.

Born in Varese, Italy on 16 May 1968, started his career in 1997 in the Employment Agency industry under the name of Temporary S.p.A. in Milan and opened his first agency in Varese. In 2001, he was asked by a group of businessmen to guide the launch of a new Employment Agency and contribute towards the creation of Openjob S.p.A. Between 2003 and 2011, he helped Openjob S.p.A. rapidly grow by means of a series of acquisitions, the last of which Metis that allows the born of Openjobmetis in January 2012. On 27 December 2008 he was appointed Cavaliere al Merito della Repubblica Italiana (Knight of the Italian Republic). On 14 February, he was appointed as Chairman of Assosomm, Italian Association of Employment Agencies. In 2015 he was awarded the 2015 Professional Award from the Rotary Club Varese Ceresio, and the next year he was included among the 100 most influential personalities in the world of the staffing industry in the prestigious “European Staffing 100 list 2016” list. He is a member of the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee of the Ex Alumni association of the Liuc University of Castellanza.
