Luisa owns Todini Finanziaria Spa, a holding company active in the renewables (as partner of Green Arrow Capital), agriculture, wine, accommodation and real estate businesses. She is Chairman of Net Insurance Spa (insurtech company). Moreover, she is President of Comitato Leonardo, association promoting made in Italy abroad, Honorary Chairman of Italy-Russia Dialogue Forum, whose aim is to promote the relationships between peoples of the two Countries. Chairman of Agronetwork, an association founded by Confagricoltura, LUISS and Nomisma for the development and innovation of the agri-food chain in Italy and abroad. Stefano Russo joined Renaissance Institutional Management UK in 2005 as CEO. Prior to this, he spent 13 years with Morgan Stanley Investment Management as Managing Director, heading the European and Middle East institutional business.From 1988 to 1993, he worked at ING Milan as Chief Investment Officer of the asset management division. He worked for Continental Grain Company in New York, from 1980 to 1987, where he was vice president, senior trader of the proprietary trading division. Stefano holds an MBA from New York University, Stern Graduate School of Business and a BA in Engineering and Architecture from Rome University. He has been on the Board of Directors of Anima Asset Management, previously also of Kairos Partners, Fabrica Immobiliare, and Clessidra Capital Partners. After graduating cum laude from Rome University, he started as a manager in a new Telecom Local Exchange Carrier. Thereafter, Mr. Camponeschi was Partner of a consulting firm within the telecom sector. From 2001 to 2006, he covered a number of key roles in primary Italian financial institutions, including M.P.S. and Banca Intesa, with responsibilities mainly in strategy and business development. Daniele was Deputy Managing Director of Mediterranean Development, a financial institution, focused on promoting Infrastructure projects in the Mediterranean. Alessandro owns a degree in Economics at Glasgow University and a Master Degree in Micro Economics at the University of Cambridge. Prior to such experience, he started his professional career in London as a consultant for Braxton Associates/Deloitte Consulting (1995-2000). Following Alessandro has been a Director of H3G Italy, the mobile arm of the Hutchinson Whampoa Group (3 mobile), where he has been overseeing the finance activities as Deputy CFO. He has been an executive Director with the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) since 2008, where he has been Board member of all the Italian subsidiaries (Borsa Italiana and other 6 subsidiaries) and CFO. While at LSEG he has also been Chairman of GlobeSettle, a company of the London Stock Exchange Group active in the post trade sector in Luxembourg. Alessandro’s experience has been mainly in strategic planning, M&A and financial support to decision making in start-up companies in the financial and technology sector as well as financial control in regulated entities.

He previously gained significant experience in business management at Farmacap, a company held by the Municipality of Rome. He was involved in strategic planning and management process of the largest central telemonitoring in Europe within pharma and social health sector. He was awarded Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic.

Marco is an Italian entrepreneur and manager. In 1986 he founded La Italiana Produzioni, realizing for the first time on the market new entertainment programs. In 1989 he created Aran, which quickly established itself as the leading production company in Italy. In 1997 he founded Endemol Italia, working as MD and Chairman, later sold successfully to Endemol Group. In 2007 he becomes COO of the Group, with responsibility for over 50 companies worldwide. He has finalized more than 30 successful acquisitions on international markets, reaching the leading position in the global market of TV formats. When the company decided to restructure the debt in 2009, the Group gave him the responsibility of CEO. Once the restructuring was successfully completed, he left Endemol and was appointed CEO of Banijay Group, one of the main players in the entertainment field, with a mandate to develop international growth.
